SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return & Exchange Policy

1) Returns Window

  • You may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery (EU right of withdrawal for distance sales).
     

2) Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags/labels and packaging.

  • Non‑returnable items:
     

    • Personalized/Custom items.

    • Intimates/Underwear/Swimwear once unsealed (hygiene).

    • Final sale/Outlet items (unless defective).
       

3) How to Start a Return

  • Email returns@godwinclothing.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  • We will reply with instructions and the return address/label (if applicable).

  • Please ship the item(s) back within 14 days of your return request.
     

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

  • Keep your postal receipt/tracking until your refund is processed.
     

5) Exchanges

  • For a different size/color, request an exchange in your email.

  • If stock is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
     

6) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • We process within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return).

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable unless the order was incorrect/defective.
     

7) Damaged/Defective Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund as required.

  • This does not affect your legal guarantee.
     

8) Wrong Address / Unclaimed Parcels

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcels can be resent at the buyer’s expense or refunded (minus original shipping) once received back in good condition.
